Bed side manner is a term normally associated with doctors, but if it applied to lawyers then Jane would earn top marks. I have no reservations with recommending the Hall Doyon Law group, especially for their be side manner. They walked me through some complex issues when I was setting up a trust for my mother-in-law, and didn't mind when I asked dumb questions for the sixth time. They are patient, friendly, and really care about their clients.
