Terrible processes and customer/public service...Information on line matches what we were told on the phone, but not what we where told when we got there. We had 5 vehicles that needed titles and registration at different times and had been turned away every time for one reason or another. No exaggeration ... It makes me wonder if the presence of law enforcement at the front of the establishment isn't a direct coorelation to your processes, laws, or lack of communication among all who work there?
