I am brand new to biking. I had a flat and simply googled bike shops in my area. I chose Hall because they had one of the highest review ratings. There is a reason their reviews are so high. Excellent service! Flat was fixed in just a few minutes. I asked many questions and the gentleman was patient and answered everything thoroughly. He didn't try to sell me anything. My experience with Hall Bicycle was excellent. Keegan helped me with the entire process, from helping me decide what services made sense for my beater bike, to finishing the work in a very timely manner. Taking the time to explain everything is valuable for someone with less experience like myself. Grateful to have such great service in time for my busy season. My bike feels brand new.
The staff is great here. They take their time with each customer. We didn't find what we needed today. Not a bad place at all. Definitely check them out if you're looking to get into biking.
