It's getting to where we go is a joke no matter what time you try to get one you can't get one they have all of them in one area
Tried to book a ride from 8:30am until 12:30pm today. I tried every 5 minutes. No ride available. 4 hours! This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I am tired of the excuses.
