The receptionist is very rude and told me that I can hire my own attorney if I don’t like the fact that their attorneys don’t ever answer or get ahold of the clients! She stated that they are not associated but they assign the attorneys. The worst customer experience I have dealt with in a while. Richard Gilliland is the best lawyer to work with, not only was he super understanding but I loved how he took the time to explain everything. I would 100% recommend! After speaking with multiple lawyers, I’m so glad we decided to work with him. Loved that I could reach him via email or call, and not once did I feel like I was a bother to him.
