I went into the Halifax on Thursday 12th November in Biggleswade to sort out a problem with my account. I couldn't access my money. A lovely lady called Debbie helped me. Debbie spent almost 2 hours trying to resolve the issue even spending 30 minutes on the phone to head office, Sspeaking to other branch managers and staff members. She was super friendly and apologetic and couldn't do enough to help me. I left the branch after 2 hours with the issue resolved and access to my funds.
