Not really any point in staff being in there. Everytime you go in, they want to do all they can to get you to use machines instead of actually seeing a cashier.
If I could place zero stars I would. The manager was rude and tutted at me and was dismissive constantly. I tried to sort out my online banking with them and then was supported by another colleague. She would ask for help off the manager and he would dismiss her too. Honestly a very very poor experience. But the other staff where helpful.
Always shut
The website stated that Shirley Branch would be open until 3pm 29th December. I arrived at 2.15 and there was another lady there because she had also checked on the website. There was a hand written note to say that they closed at 2pm We were both extremely annoyed Yet another visit to Halifax Shirley. 07/01/2022 Arrived at 2.30. Doors locked Sign on the door stated open until 3.30
Visited today, lady at the door was extremely helpful and polite. Sherry the lady at the counter who dealt with my query was very helpful and couteous, also the manager was lovely. All staff had a positive attitude, keep it up :)
