I'm a disabled man and can't travel to a bank further than my local Pudsey branch . The staff were brilliant and helpful i think the brabo should be reopened

Went to the Pudsey branch with a few bags of change. "Oh bags" the cashier said. "Problem" I asked. "We've been told that as we are closing we can only accept 5p & 1p bags" Whoever made this decision is a complete numpty. Can accept 5p & 1p bags but not 2p, 10p, 20p, 50p or £1 coins.

Reduced opening hours 9am - 3pm Mon-Fri and no longer open Saturdays is a disgrace. Customers are at work during those times. We need Saturday opening back with a later opening during the week.

Agree with all the other reviews, we have an issue with our sons account but he has to be with us, opening hours Mon - Fri 9-3 so it is never going to happen unless we drive to the Whiterose with him after school.

After completing online application for a Youth Account we had to go to local branch Bramley with all relevant ID , I rang customer services to ask if daughter had to attend she said NO , arrived at Bramley branch was told by very cocksure and abrupt agent that we had been mis-informed and had to have daughter present , the opening times here are 9-3pm so unless daughter has time off school this Account is not getting opened , ridiculous!!!
