Lovely little branch. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Well behaved dogs welcome too, which is really great. I do hope they don't decide to close this branch, it's very much needed.
Live in totnes but the last 6 times I have been to the branch its been closed, very disappointing

Went in to the bank on Tuesday. Told Male staff Member I had cash with coins so needed to pay in at the till. His altitude was rude to me . Lady staff Member called Sue said was it my account I said yes as been with Halifax for years. I had £54 to pay in with 4 pounds coins she did a receipt for £44. I questioned her she said I lost the £10. My reply was it was the only place I been to and I know how much money I had. They stole £10 of my Hard earned cash. Will not be using this bank again.
