I’ve been going here since I was 18 with my medical for the best prices in seaside and never had any issue. I had gone yesterday and the security had some type of problem with me being there and gave me the ugliest face he could pull out of his box. Again not once have I EVER had an issue, I’m super cool with every last worker they’ve had there for years and always recommend this spot to anyone who asks me what’s best. Normally, I do not write reviews, but l'm gonna make an exception for this dispensary and unfortunately I have to give them 1 star, but they don't deserve that one star at all. Me and my friend stopped going there because some of their employees were rude to us, but Recently, I started going back there thinking that they have hired better employees I was wrong. I was in here today and one of the bud tenders at the register i don't know if he was a manager he was a white guy wearing a black and white designed t-shirt with a black and white hat and black jeans he was very rude nasty and disrespectful to a customer he told her to hang up the phone on the person that she was talking to and he accused her of making purchases for minors and that's not what she was doing at all. I’ve been coming to this dispensary for a while now because they have great prices, good deals, and excellent customer service. One of the budtenders, Ulises, always provides great customer service—he’s helpful, friendly, and makes the experience smooth. However, my experience the other day with an employee named Kayla was the complete opposite. This used to be the go to. Would make a regular appearance driving out of North Monterey county because the deals were good and the staff were great. Recently, they started using WeedMaps, which we all know is very unreliable as far as clarity and transparency. None of the pricing on Weedmaps is accurate for the store. No more looking at what you're going to get before you go because you can't count on steady pricing. Very unfortunate, but if you live in the area, definitely worth looking into for the deals.
