Seriously from first contact to organize having my blinds installed and with all follow up services you would be hard pressed to find a more professional, considerate group of people. The service people, especially Tyler treated me with courtesy and respect. Also I am thrilled with everything about their products and prices. Congratulations to all.
Rang up and emailed and explained that I use to work in the Rollershutter industry and would like good quote, for EOFY year sale. No gimmicks, no signs in the garden, no pressure to have someone around, just your best price. I end up getting a quote $2k more than other companies ha. Why waste everyones time?
Every time they have fixed something so far it's worked for a couple weeks or months (if lucky) and then just breaks again lmao
Happy with the end product but the customer service was poor. I was given a time for the formal measure and quote. I waited for over an hour and no one came, I rang half price shutters and they got back to me saying he will come in the next hour or so. He was 2.5hrs late with no apology. The installation was organised for another day at 7.30am. I told them I had to leave the house by 9.30 so they said they will be here at 7.30am. I'm astonished by Half Price Shutters quality products I have installed them in my all house over 10 years ago.. and it's perfectly working.. Especially I'm spinal cord injury on wheelchair and using there shutters it's essential in my daily life..
