On your company’s website stated that there’s a 5year warranty on parts, components and curtain slates. But, after ringing up to find that there’s no warranty on those items. So, the advertisement is found to be misleading whatsoever! Not Very Happy with your products and statements of warranty! Won’t recommend to others anymore!
Unfortunately not the most time efficient company to deal with, the process was more difficult than expected. There were installation issues that required multiple site visits and follow-ups (five in total), resulting in one window looking non symmetrical. While the job is now complete to a reasonable standard, communication and project coordination could be improved to make the overall experience smoother. Fantastic friendly service, all done so professionally, quickly and look amazing. Very happy with my experience with half price shutters WA.
From the first measure and quote to the fitting and hard-wiring, the whole process for two motorised roller shutters was smooth and fast. I'm paralysed with Motor Neurone Disease and I needed shutters I could control independently via an app. They made sure everything was right and working flawlessly for me. Great company that I'll use again in the future for my other windows.
I have paid $2100 deposit almost 2 months ago, nothing heard back since then, no installation no refund no email back no nothing.....
