super friendly/helpful staff. they had no problem checking out the books I brought in and giving a fair offer, even though I arrived 15 minutes before closing. I did call first, but even their automated menu options notes that their buy counter is open whenever they are. So cool! amazing selection, great hours, close to Bart...I love this place!
