Great selection of books and movies! Plus they will give you cash for your old books/music/DVDs. If you sign up for their emails, they send out lots of coupons too.
Horrible manager and employee. This is the worst half price on the earth. Specifically manager being rude to me and makes up dummy rules right away. I have been shopping from Half price since 2009 and I never had problem other than this store. Horrible management and rudest people in Texas.
Glad to see Half Price Books move out here from Texas! I took a bin of Blu Rays in to sell, and they quickly went thru it, offering a pretty fair price. They'll take anything printed, so CDs, Vinyl and books will be next. It's nice to have an alternative to Dimple when it comes to selling movies and CDs.
If you love books, you will love this store! They sell new books and used books, plus DVD's, records (45's and albums), magazines, and games. The people who work there are all so friendly and helpful, they have sales and coupons often, and you can sell your unwanted books for cash.
What a hidden treasure! We just discovered this place. It is the most organized used bookstore I have ever visited! And they sell some new books as well. But everything is discounted! They also buy used books, music, magazines etc. Great place to go and browse an afternoon away!
What a great place to find a great read for half the price! Have been to used book stores, but this place is amazing. Organized so you can find what you're looking for fast.
I called this store to see if they bought Ps2 games they said bring it in and we will gladly give you a good price. I drovery 20 miles and waited about 10 minutes and they said they could offer me $1.00 not only that. I thought I would try one more time and sell some books. Their website says they buy collectible books. I drove 20 miles AGAIN and I went in the store asked them if they buy collectible medical encyclopedias which by the way were in wonderful shape. I brought to full carts some old but I know I had 20 or more decent books. I don't think they even looked at all. a five dollars offer. didn't expect much But really. never again. will I sell there
