Helpful customer service
They allow dogs in the store for no reason. Not everyone is comfortable with dogs, especially those of us who have been mauled by one before. The narcissistic person, who just HAD to bring their large dog to a bookstore, took up the whole aisle while their dog layed on the floor. I wasted a trip because of this as I couldn't browse the shelves of the genre I was interested in.
