Associates more interested in chatting amongst themselves
The pricing of books is becoming outrageous and inconsistent for multiple copies of varying quality. The last time I visited, it was very crowded because they now have chairs all around the store where older men were just sitting and playing on their phones. Two men were blocking aisles with their chairs. It made me feel very uncomfortable. The store also smelled foul. I don't know if they got in a stinky stack of books, if it was the patrons, or what was causing the odor. I left quickly after a dog started barking and kids ... read more
Friendly staff, well organized , ease of getting materials into the store for evaluation, excellent selection of pre-owned books. Etc. I am pleased to have the VHS tapes and children's books find new homes and receive some money for them vs donating 2 GoodWill
