Went in looking for a new pair of hiking shoes. The salesperson measured my foot, asked about the type of hiking I did, and recommended several brands. Spent a lot of time with me answering my questions. Bought a pair of Altra Lone Peak +9 Hiking Shoes, which I love!! Will go nowhere else for my outdoor needs again..
Great customer service while in store. Needed a few quick items and they assisted us in finding them, quickly. Very clean, organized and well supplied. Will be a normal stop four us!
Great customer service. Impressive selection of camp, hike gear for the location! Huge selection of clothing and shoes for outdoor activities. Prices are pretty comparable. I would suggest to anyone and plan to return... This location has much more selection than the downtown Charleston location.
