I booked in with Haley after searching for what seemed hours on end for an RMT with a background just like hers! I put the wrong time in my calendar and bless her - she phoned and she was so delightful and accommodating when she could have told me to take a hike. I arrived anxious as it was my first appointment/impression and was arriving late, but the second I walked through the door that completely disappeared.
