I called last month to ask about having some car seats recovered and the woman who answered the phone was not nice at all. To start with, she just answered with "hello" and nothing else to explain what shop it was or to ask what I needed. I then asked if it was Hale's Upholstery and she replies, "it is." Still didn't ask what she could help me with. I explained what I needed and she said they were behind on work for the next several months. Excellent craftsmanship. Very pleased with our antique chair that was recovered.
Good ole Tennessee Mom and Pop place. Friendly people who are knowledgeable, Great price, high quality work. So glad I found this place. You have to wait to get on their list but the wait was worth my while. They supplied cushions and Upholstered my 1939 wood frame couch and chair, repaired my couch cushion and cover my tractor seat.
