We recently installed a thru the door model for large dogs. The installation was very simple. The quality is top notch. Update February,25,2026 the door is built very well we have big dogs and it hasn’t had any problems GREAT PET DOOR.

Great customer service! I had a Hale dog door installed locally nearly 20 years ago and occasionally have needed new flaps since my dogs over the years wear out the flaps. Hale is wonderful for honoring their outstanding warranty and getting my replacement flaps sent to me quickly.

Love our Hale dog doors that were present in the house when we bought it 15 years ago. We recently ordered a replacement flap kit and had to tweak our order twice. The first time involved a hardware sizing issue and the second time was to request a new flap due to a stain we did not notice when we unpacked it. The gentleman who took our calls was fantastic. We wholeheartedly endorse their products and this company!!!

I discovered Hale Pet Doors In search of Finding a dual flap pet door that would accommodate the cutout that existed in my current storm door.
