Ned has recently closed 3 of our real estate transactions for our brokerage. All 3 had issues along the way that Ned exceeded our expectations on them. It makes sense to close with an attorney in FL even though they are not required. Not only does Ned know the law but he teaches it to other real estate licensees. Choose experienced people to work with in one of your largest transactions in life!!!
