Boston team is one of the Worst Carriers anyone will come across there careers. working with them is like daylight robbery, we processed the payments even in advanced and they absolutely abused the shipment, keeping containers in hostage, waiting for port closures to charge unjust amounts and absolutely took advantage of the customer urgency to milk out funds as much as they can. Just stay away from these thieves
their Boston, Ayer terminal is absolute worst. I'll stay away from them forever. Lost a big exporter customer because of them.
