Had 2 orders sent to family members. Our orders were on time and family members were so happy with them...the honeybells were delicious !! Definitely will order from them again!
I have been a decades long customer who looks forward to the Temple oranges all year. I only eat Temple oranges. I ordered and paid an awful lot of money to have four trays shipped to me. Today, 03/13/2025, I discovered the Hale bait and switch. The last two trays were seedless Honeybell oranges. Time for me to find a new supplier.
I received the Valentine gift for my husband. I was very disappointed in the oranges that came with it. I sent a note to the company letting them know about my disappointment. I did not expect to hear anything from them. What a surprise to get an email from them apologizing and sending a replacement box of honey belles. Thank you, Hale Groves, what a delightful experience.
I have ordered several times from Hale Groves. The fruit is fresh and delicious- if you have any problems- they are amazing to assist and extremely impressive customer service. I will always order fresh grapefruit, oranges, apples- etc….. EVERYTHING is delicious
My sister in law sends it to us for Christmas and ours was absolutely delicious this year! Thank you Beth.
