Received one of their citrus boxes as a gift. I must say their pink grapefruit is one of the tastiest bits of this succulent fruit I've had in a long time. Kudos to the growers of this wonderful bit of sunshine.
Worse shipping on the planet and non-existent customer service. I would call them but due to throat surgery my voice hasn't returned so I've been leaving messages for them and evidently those messages are being ignored. It took 10 days after I sent and paid for my order before they even got the package to the shipper and now, 6 days after that, it's lost in space. My sister sent me a gift box of oranges. Has to be the best oranges I ever ate! Sweet and juicy. Even the peel was flavorful.
I received a gift from my client today for the holidays and the fruit was rotted with moldy fruit. Poorly packaged & clearly this is no quality control in the packaging process. And there were only 2 oranges in the box. See attached pictures.
The 1st few years everything was good my friends and family enjoyed. Last year I had an issue with one basket and the pears,they sent replacements and all was well. This year same thing 1st basket delivery this is a picture of the pears my friend received. Emailed the company waiting to hear back. No answer to my email days later. I emailed again and will be calling as soon as they open . There won't be a next year. No such thing as customer service anymore. Don't waste your money
