I can't say enough good about this place! They truly LISTEN to your concerns and want to help. Really went above and beyond to help my husband with the hearing aid problems he was having, even though we did not purchase them through Hale's. I highly recommend you call Hale Hearing for all of your hearing needs, and void the famous big box store that also sells them. Thank you Hale Hearing for saving my sanity to my husband can hear again!
