When our original lender pulled out of underwriting our loan four weeks before closing, our realtor referred us to Michael, who jumped on the case right away. He found us a new lender who would underwrite our loan within 48 our and offered us much better terms. From there, everything closed on time without a hitch. Michael was very communicative throughout the whole process and made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way.
