I really enjoyed the Sarga massage. Crystal is very skilled with her feet! It’s a deep massage that’s able to release facia. Highly recommended.
UPDATE 7/30/25: I’ve seen several therapists at Halcyon Bodyworks and ALL of them have been amazing. I recently saw Crystal for a SARGA massage and it was soooo good! As someone who’s received rolfing for close to 30 years, this form of myofascial release massage was a wonderful blend of rolfing and massage. I could feel my fascia release several times throughout the massage and I’m excited to regularly incorporate this type of therapy into my massage treatments! Valerie at Halcyon Bodyworks is a very gifted massage therapist. I came in with a tailbone injury and she used many nuanced therapeutic techniques to ease my pain and muscular tension. She clearly has a wonderful blend of anatomical knowledge and intuition to help clients. I have received many massages over the years and Valerie stands out. I highly recommend her!
