If I could give 0 stars, I would. 82 Marcy Avenue is a fairly nice building. The apartments look nice on the surface, but when we moved in we were met with a TON of things that needed to be fixed. In just the first couple of months, we needed to have our dishwasher and other appliances fixed 2-3 times, had problems with our bathroom mirror and a host of other problems that frankly should've been resolved before our move-in date.
