Went here the last two years and saw Frank who is very good. However, recently I had a question about a certain tax situation I may be in this coming year regarding my 401k and I’ve called the office at least three times to see if I could speak to Frank and I’ve always been told he’s not in and will get back to me. I haven’t heard back and will not be using them next year for my income tax return. On my 2019 tax return the IRS sent me a letter and requested an explanation if taxes were paid on stock options received. I had included all the documentation in my original submission to the accountant. So I sent a copy of the IRS letter and explanation to Halbreich beginning of May. I was promised that a response would be filed by the end of the week. 3 calls and 3 emails later I was promised that the documents would be sent by 5/28.
