In the past my taxes have been done within a few days of dropping off my papers but this year it’s taking quite a while. I dropped off my papers 3 weeks ago and they still are not done. I did have a paper missing which I emailed to them almost 2 weeks ago so I understand the delay with that but still the turn around is severely lagging compared to other years. Might have to find somewhere else to go next tax season.
Never had the chance to meet Mr. Hal personally but we decided to move to a different CPA because it was taking a long time but in all fairness, I came to him towards the deadline so I can imagine how busy he was but I'm rating 5 stars because all of his staff were very professional from point A to point B. Sorry we couldn't do business together. Hopefully next time in the future.
I have know Hal all my life. He has been my accountant for over 20 years. He always does a great job with my bookkeeping and taxes.
Hal has been my accountant for many years and always does thorough and professional work on my taxes. I would highly recommend this accounting firm.
Very poor service. Waited through 2 extensions and had to call everyday to get my return completed. After it was filed, the IRS found an error the accountant made. Would not recommend.
