Not sure I typed her name right but Iona kills it everytime as soon as I come in she cleans and adjusts my glasses never have I had a better customer service than in hakim optical thank you everyone and keep up the good work 👏 🙌 👍
i made an appointment on saturday for monday morning @11, when i got there they told me they canceled the appointment but they hadnt phoned me to notify me or anything, then the woman in front had a nasty attitude with me saying basically that sucks that my appointment was cancelled and id have to phone the store again (when i wad in the store) to make another appointment. i think her name was moria, VERY unprofessional.
