Dr Jomha and Craig very friendly and helpful. The young lady at the customer service is unprofessionals I asked for an email copy of my receipt and she agreed to. Two days after I still haven’t received it. I called twice and a lady told me she will send it. Still didn’t receive my receipt. I have to call again that when Craig helped me get my receipt. I came to you guys asking for eye test with prescription glasses in month of Dec 2022. The doctor advised me to go for progressive glasses because I had problem looking at my screen. When after one month I again went to them asking them that I still can not see numbers in my screen properly, doctor advised me to go for normal glasses and have readers for screen. I left both the glasses in the month of Jaunary at Hakim asking them to tigetened both and change black one to normal distance vision. I feel v sick after that. I ha... read more
