I would like to put in a commendation for Kam. I was born & lived in Vancouver until 2020 when my partner and I decided to move very remotely to Haida Gwaii (formerly Queen Charlotte Island). I used to shop for all my eyeglasses at Hakim on Main & King Edward, but I understand that store is no longer there. Worst place. More than Worst customer service Worst attitude by whole sales team they even not 1% trained to deal customers respectfully. They even don’t deserve a single star

I went there around 11AM on 15th May. The sales person (indian girl) was very unprofessional and she was trying to get rid of the customers to use her cell phone. I asked about eye exam and she replied YOU HAVE TO GO TO DOCTOR AND BRING PRESCRIPTION. but I saw on their signboard that Hakim has eye exam facility. Then I asked her about the insurance billing, still she replied me nothing. I don't know why such people work here. Is it a cash job like $10/hour so that the owner doesn't have to pay even the minimum wage?

This place is outstanding. They have a great selection and very good prices. I got 2 pairs for $550.00. My last pair at lenscrafters was $1100.00 and that was after applying a 50% off coupon on the lenses. The optometrist was thorough and very friendly. I highly recommend this business.

I called to get a price and the lady said she would check and get back to me she never did. I was a customer from their Scott road store. They just opened up and can't be this busy to not get back to a customer. I waited for 3 days. Still, no one got back.
