I have been with the same optometrist for 6 years and have never filled my prescription at the adjacent Hakim Optical. Today I asked for a quote and Snehal was so amazing to deal with. She had no expectations and wrote out my quote including the price for a single pair of glasses, along with the discounted offer for 2 pairs. Just a quick review of Hakeem optical atBritannia and Mavis Road just had an interaction with an associate from the store. I was there requesting a screw for my Gucci frame We’ve never been to this location. However, they associated was very helpful and assisting in fixing the lens back for us is she was kind enough to put a screw. Great experience at Hakim Optical. The customer service is really good, and it’s my go-to place for anything eye-related. Everyone there is super kind and always willing to help, which makes everything feel easy and comfortable. Definitely recommend.

The staff at Hakim optical Mavis location are very helpful and friendly...I got my prescription glasses adjusted by Diane and she did a great job made them fit comfy on my face...no more loose glasses.yaay..(kafa)
