I have used this location for the past 5 yrs. Good days are over. Poor service and unprofessional staff. They give you appointments just to tell you the person left for lunch. They'll tell you they would call but they don't. Don't seem to get along with each other and they make the customer suffer.

Poor customer service they lost almost more than 10 years old customer. The male guy i spoke today at 4pm denied to renew my order for contact lenses with an existing prescription.
Not staffed properly; had to wait 1 hr to make a payment; finally I decided to come back again just to make the payment. This is absolutely unacceptable. Next time I will shop elsewhere.
