Horrible customer service. Dishonest staff. They scratched the lens of my glasses while doing a minor repair in front of me and would not take any responsibility for the damage.
They were nice when I just stopped by to get one of the nose pads on my glasses replaced, but it looks like they scratched my glasses when replacing it and now there's a deep scratch that I see every time I move my head.
I ordered a pair of glasses. They said 2 weeks. They forgot to mention that it was in working days.. When I did call it was the 15th day! "We will call you when it comes in" she said! Now it's been over a month!!(of working days!) I'm still waiting!!! 😡
I purchased my glasses from this store, unfortunately I broke them, they set me up with new frames. The staff members are so kind, caring and helpful!!!!! I will be back when I have a new prescription!! Thank you very much. I will recommend your store to everyone I know who needs glasses!!!
