I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Hakim Optical in Lindsay. I purchased a pair of glasses a week ago and had not received any follow-up communication, so I had to go into the store myself today to find out if they were ready. It turns out they were—leaving me to wonder when they were actually ready and why no one bothered to call me. When I picked them up, I mentioned to the optometrist that the glasses felt loose. WORST PLACE FOR GLASSES!!!!! went there to get an eye test and they gave me a wrong perscription...I could not even see clearly out of the glasses!! I am a senior and have only 1 free exam every 18 months...this is why the lenses were not right so i could pay twice for glasses and a eye exam for 100 dollars !!!...if you are smart STAY AWAY!!!
Gigantic variety of frames to choose from! The staff are super-friendly and helpful. They helped me out with a number of adjustments to get my eyeglasses just right.
Terrible service, and pushy
Disappointing. I booked a vision test months ago. Nowhere to sit while waiting for the crowded waiting room. A long questionaire in tiny print to fill out. Nowhere to hang up a coat except the floor, even in the coldest weather.
