Never deal with this place. Their service is very bad and their product is even worse. Got glasses there and the finish is coming off the frame. Bought them in Barrhaven and then moved. Kanata Hakim won’t deal with me as records are in Barrhaven. Are you kidding me, don’t they have computers. What year is this?

My work has an agreement that Hakim will provide prescription safety glasses. Anita at this location has wasted my time on 4 different visits, telling me different excuses as to why she couldn't process my order. The last straw was after she called me on the phone to tell me i could finally come in and get measured for the frames and when i arrived she told me my approval (which she had in her possession to examine before calling me) was not valid because the date the approval was signed was in the past. I came in for glasses and had an excellent experience overall. Although my first pair of glasses were causing right sided migraines, I was very fortunate to be promptly reevaluated by the on-site optometrist (who had prior training as an ophthalmologist), and I was immediately offered a new pair of glasses free of charge with new lenses. (The original issue with that the glasses were too large). I entered this store to ask if they would be willing to adjust a pair of glasses if I paid for the service. Before I could even finish asking the question the lady demanded to know where I bought them from and then angrily lecture me for 5 minutes about how unfair I am expecting them to help me for free. I explained again that I wasn’t expecting anything for free and was willing to pay for the adjustment.
