I never see this kind of bad service in my life they charge me twice from my benefits and then it takes more than two months to get money back still I waiting please make sure about your benefits you pay the right amount
They charged my friend twice $299 and refused to pay back their money even though they know it was a mistake,they are so quick to take your money but VERY slow to return it, like it’s been 3 months(and to think am the one who suggested this store coz of convenience)
I have no idea the material they use for my lenses but I have absolutely no scratches on both pairs of my glasses after 16 months, no issues with my frames as well. My driving glasses are great. I find there prices to be comparable to Pearl Vision and Lens Crafters. The staff is knowledgeable to me.
