I have been going here for my mother for the last 5 years and I have no complaints. Easiest interactions and quick turnaround. Case in point, my latest visit to get a frame fixed that was a bit loose. Jessica W helped me with it. I was in and out in minutes. The whole experience was amazing. She took her time understanding the problem, got it fixed, cleaned-up and had me out the door quickly all the while making good conversation.
Lovely displays and wide selection of frames. After spending much time deciding on a pair, and giving all my personal information, I was told the frames were completely unadjustable and that would be written into the contract (they sat crooked on me). Apparently many of their House Brand frames are plastic, not acetate so cannot be adjusted. What a waste of time. I will not be back. The Dollar store has these frames.
My glasses were broken and they fixed it very quickly and did it well they charged me nothing I recommend them
