It was our first time visiting Hakim Optical, and we were really impressed! We brought in my father’s glasses, which had a broken arm. The staff were so kind and professional — they took the glasses, asked us to pick them up the next day, and when we did, they were perfectly fixed. My father is very happy with the result! Excellent customer service and such friendly people. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Hakim Optical to others!
The experience sucks! Multiple trips to get glasses adjusted because the person who does it always unavailable (including the day of pick up). No one answers the phone to call ahead to check so I have to drive across town to be told nope sorry not today. If you want the run around go here otherwise there's better places to go.
Kayla was great but unfortunately Hakim does not stand behind its glasses.
