The experience sucks! Multiple trips to get glasses adjusted because the person who does it always unavailable (including the day of pick up). No one answers the phone to call ahead to check so I have to drive across town to be told nope sorry not today. If you want the run around go here otherwise there's better places to go.
Kayla was great but unfortunately Hakim does not stand behind its glasses.
Hands down 2 great ladies working in there! I took my daughters glasses to be fixed the young girl attempted for 45mins but suggested I come back at 3 for the other lady. Went back at 3 was told they are not fixable, but we could purchase New frames for under $100 and she can pop the lens from our old pair in a new frame. We were out by 4 o’clock! Great service an excellent customer service. Definitely will be back.
