Don't use the Crowfoot Hakim Optical location! The optometrist gave me an incorrect prescription so when my glasses were made (elsewhere) and discovered they were incorrect I went back to have her re-evaluate her prescription. She was adamant it was correct, and raised her voice in a rude way. When I went to another optometrist they confirmed the prescription was incorrect! Hakim equipment is outdated and the personnel are unprofessional. Save yourself time and money by going somewhere else!

Satara and champ (not sure if spellings are right) helped me a lot with getting a new pair of glass, both of them are professional and kind. Really helpful and Looking forward to comeback to this place!

Have been shopping with them for a while and tried this location; Jenny was least interested to help us out. We were the only one in the store and she still didn’t bother helping. Absolutely ridiculous costumer service I wish I could a zero star Thank you for the reply . I am sorry but we were the only customers in the shop. I ended up going to the market mall location and buying 2 pairs of glasses as the service there was exceptional. Btw the staff there was on her own too as the optometrist had stepped out for a bit
