My experience was great at Hakim. Everyone was very kind and helpful. They explained everything thoroughly. They also fixed my glasses for free! Thank you!
Great experience at this Hakim location! By far, the best location! Bessie is so knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly, patient. She really cares and takes her time to make sure you are a happy customer. When you pick up your new glasses, she goes through everything to make sure you get the best out of your prescription lenses. On one of my visits, their regional manager, Dawn, was also present. Thank you to Bessie for being a huge help when I was looking for a new pair of frames today! She greeted us very kindly and after we looked through the whole store without finding any frames that popped out at me, she brought over a frame she thought I’d like and it was exactly what I was looking for!
