Been in there twice and both experiences with the lady at the front desk have been horrible. She is extremely rude and has quite the attitude. All I was asking about was eye exams and when I could book an appointment and she had no customer service skills, didn’t even want to book an appointment for me. She was very unpleasant to speak to and I don’t think I will be returning.

I love the glasses at your place but you guys need to be very descriptive when it comes to open and close times I went there on Boxing Day and I went there today I saw your sign about a boxing day sale and you guys aren’t even open and I also called you have nothing posted saying whether or not you were open or closed
