When I advised I couldn't pay in advance for my contacts upfront they looked at me and judged me, when i asked for a quote for glasses they said you must pay at least half. It's OK will never return. Money hungry people. Do all hakim opticals operate like this???Only thing they helped with was one trial pair of contacts. Thanks

Horrible experience wish I could leave zero stars Was told ten days to two weeks for my glasses when I purchased them and it's been almost a month. When I've called to find out how much longer they type on their keyboard for a few seconds and then tell me tomorrow or in two days they will be ready. I would be less annoyed if they would just say they have no idea when instead of being lied too. Avoid this location perhaps the other Hakim locations are better, it's a shame as the optometrists that work in the building are fant... read more
I was really happy with my recent visit to the Bloor & Royal York Hakim location. The man and woman who helped us were very nice and were very helpful when looking for frames in our budget range. It really feels like they care about you finding the best frames for your face, which is great if you are coming in alone and need some advice. Our glasses were ready fast and came in great condition. Very pleased!
