They have one person who deals with direct billing to insurance and that person is usually off when you need them..buyer beware
When I advised I couldn't pay in advance for my contacts upfront they looked at me and judged me, when i asked for a quote for glasses they said you must pay at least half. It's OK will never return. Money hungry people. Do all hakim opticals operate like this???Only thing they helped with was one trial pair of contacts. Thanks
