I was told back in August that I’d have a case. Got a letter 2 months later saying that I don’t qualify for something. I was hit on my motorcycle at a stop light and am now starting physical therapy for my back. I don’t know what threshold I should have to meet but it shouldn’t be anything. I was hit, my back isn’t right, and nothing is happening with these guys. Maybe a different law firm will be more helpful and effective.
