Used to be a wonderful facility precovid but since lifting restrictions it has become a place of concern. Receptionist who would be better suited as an army sergeant and thinks she has the right to ask personal questions when all she really needs to do is answer the phone and mind her own business. There are some staff in there who are lovely and do their job well. There are way too many who are rude, uncaring, unprofessional and don't do their job properly.
