UPDATE* Omar Abdulhak is no longer with the firm but I reached out to the firm again, this time Richard Hajduk, responded to me the most proper professional manner possible he offered to sit down with me he reviewed the file and even gave me a great resolution. If I can help someone not get ripped off of their money, please take my advice. Get a hold of a different law firm. I reached out to Omar Abdulhak, he talks the talk and I'm sure he can get the job done, but these guys will abuse your retainer. Very arbitrarily. He forwarded me onto Ivan, who's a junior lawyer but will charge you the price of a senior lawyer. They took a 5 grand retainer from me, quickly used it up over a couple emails and phone calls, then they asked me for another 5 grand. 6 hours of questioning and couple... read more
Charges are outrageous for the service provided, I questioned their bill and received charter assignation.
DO NOT use Richard B. Hajduk, he missed information given so he said so I would give it to him again so he could pad his bill I didn’t know existed because it was a flat fee account. He wanted me to sign a retainer agreement after work was done stating that the degree of skill and competence demonstrated by the lawyer would be irrelevant plus his billing WILL NOT be governed by the considerations set out in the Rules of Court 10.2(1).
