Tried to support a fellow immigrant business however it was not what I expected. Super long wait times, no appointments, no sense of urgency and no actual help. It looks like it's a one man show and he has an attitude when you ask simple questions or inquire wait time after already waiting for 3 hours. Do not waste your timeand find another business to support.
THEE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. This is a warning to AVOID this place if you can help it. Unprofessional, No Structure, Unorganized and the absolute worst customer service. The owner has a GOD complex and treats all of his clients the same with long wait times and no appointments. He doesn't really care for the Haitian community and just exercising the power he thinks he has in his hands after 30+ years of monopolizing the market. Do not waste your time or patience. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
