I recently placed an order with Hairquip for two items, but only one arrived. Unfortunately, I've seen similar complaints from other customers, which is very disappointing. I immediately contacted Hairquip via email to inquire about the missing item. I hope they improve their order fulfillment process in the future to ensure that all items in an order are available and shipped together.
