I would not recommend, as they are very unprofessional. I went for hair straightening, before doing it the stylist told me it will be Pin Straight, i wanted pin straight too. However, the result was not what she promised. I went again after few days to show my hair. They accept it that the hair is not pin straight, I was told that they want to show my hair to the owner for that an appointment was arranged. My 1st time there and Emma was amazing and cut my hair to the standards i wanted. Got my appointment super quick too. Such sweet girl. Defo my new to go hairstylist. Thanks Emma. Keep it up x

Went for a haircut and left feeling anxious after being made to feel unwelcome after the stylist made it clear she didn't enjoy cutting hair. The stylist b******d about every client after they left and was rude to the other stylist the whole way through, obviously I knew that was what she would do about me. She literally rolled her eyes every time I spoke. I thought I was being pranked. Possibly the most uncomfortable experience of my life.
