Highly disappointed. Would not recommend. Purchased 3 packs of 16” and 3 packs of 20” 4C Afro Bulk hair on 7/31/26, totaling $165. After professional installation on 8/1, the “20” packs measured only 10”-12” -nowhere near the labeled length (and the 16” was of course much shorter than listed as well). The hair itself passed a burn test and seems to be quality human hair, but the length inconsistency defeated the purpose of my purchase which was to achieve length longer than my natural hair for a fuller, longer ponytail.
