They take walk-ins, but twice I went there, and no stylists were there. The receptionist was styling her hair and really didn't like me interrupting her. Won't go back there.
This was such a fun and relaxing place. The staff was very inviting, and Elena did an amazing job on my hair. Love it.

Went in a couple weeks ago with my elderly mother to schedule a haircut for her. It was afternoon and there was one woman working there. She asked if we had appts and we said no we just need to schedule a haircut. She hesitated and appeared to give us a look over before stating everyone was gone and took their appointment books and because of that she couldn't schedule an appointment for us.
